Landlord / Homeowner Gas Safety Record

This is the latest version of the Landlords Gas Safety Record which includes revisions to reflect recent changes to the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. In particular it recognises the ability to now carry out gas safety checks up to 2 months in advance of the due date of the previous inspection.

Whilst being able to provide a next due date 12 months on from the expiry of the previous record. It also incorporates additional information on this change, for both the customer and the organisation carrying out the safety check.
